Overview

Implement the HUD for Mekton Bulls sub-mode with phase indicators and scoring.

Key Features

  1. Phase Indicator: Shows current arena phase
  2. Score Display: Real-time scoring
  3. Timer: Phase countdown timer
  4. Multiplier: Current score multiplier

Acceptance Criteria
